Our questions are original practice content modelled on the patterns, formats and difficulty of real exams. They are not actual, official, or leaked examination papers, and we do not claim to reproduce any confidential or upcoming exam content.
ExamMitra AI is an independent private platform. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, recruitment board, or examination authority — including but not limited to IBPS, SBI, RBI, SSC, RRB, LIC, or any insurance company. All exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams our material helps you prepare for.
We work hard to keep our questions and solutions accurate, but our question bank is large and continuously growing, and content is provided on an "as is" basis. Occasional errors, typos, or debatable answers may occur.
If you spot a mistake, please use the Report button available on the solutions screen after a test — this is the fastest way to bring it to our attention, and we review reported questions and correct them. You should always verify critical facts against official sources; we are not liable for any consequence arising from reliance on an individual question or explanation.
We have no control over examination schedules. If an exam is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the conducting authority, this does not entitle you to any refund, extension, pause, or transfer of your plan or pack validity. Your access runs for the fixed period you purchased, regardless of any change to exam dates by the authority.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You agree to provide a valid email address, as we use it for account access, password recovery, and payment-related communication.

All content on the platform — including questions, solutions, explanations, analytics, design, text, and the ExamMitra AI name and logo — is the intellectual property of ExamMitra AI, operated by Varad Jagam (or such entity as may own and operate ExamMitra AI from time to time), and is protected by applicable law. Purchasing a plan grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own preparation only. It does not transfer any ownership or right to reproduce or distribute the content.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are displayed on the platform before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Access is activated immediately after a successful payment.
By making a payment for any plan or pack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, including the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any change applies only to new purchases — a plan or pack you have already paid for is honoured for its full validity at the price you paid. Founding Member pricing is offered as described at the time of purchase.
Refunds are governed entirely by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: purchases are non-refundable once access is granted, except where a payment fails through our fault (such as a duplicate charge or a payment debited without your plan activating). Please read that policy in full before purchasing.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access, and we do not offer a guaranteed uptime or service-level agreement.
The platform relies on third-party infrastructure, including our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our payment processor (Razorpay). Any outage, failure, or interruption caused by these providers is outside our direct control, and we are not liable for downtime or transaction failures arising from them.
We may take the platform offline, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, or upgrades. We will try to schedule significant maintenance during low-traffic periods and give notice where practical, but urgent maintenance may be carried out without notice.
Short interruptions, maintenance windows, or third-party outages do not extend, pause, or entitle you to a refund of your plan or pack validity. In the event of a prolonged outage caused solely by us that makes the service substantially unusable for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, extend affected users' validity by a comparable duration as a goodwill measure — this is not an entitlement.
We store the account and performance data needed to run the platform, and we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand what we collect, where it is stored, and your rights over it, including your right to request deletion of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice and without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — including sharing your login, copying or redistributing content, reselling access, payment fraud or chargeback abuse, or attempting to harm the platform.
You may stop using the platform at any time. You may also request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including, without limitation, loss of a career or examination opportunity, loss of a seat or selection, lost time, or any claim that our material, its availability, or its accuracy affected your exam outcome. You use the platform as one of several study resources, at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExamMitra AI and its operator from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be notified within the platform. Your continued use of ExamMitra AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhilai / Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.
